I understand that life happens and schedules can change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
As a courtesy, you’ll have one opportunity to reschedule a last-minute cancellation without a fee. After that, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full service fee. If your session was prepaid online, the payment will be applied toward your one-time courtesy reschedule. No refunds will be given. Gift certificates and massage package sessions remain valid for one courtesy reschedule but are considered redeemed for any future missed appointments.

Depending on your arrival time, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to start the session. Regardless of the adjusted session length, the full service fee will apply.

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, first-time clients are asked to pay in full at the time of booking, whether online, by phone, or through any other method of communication.

All appointments scheduled online must be paid in full at the time of booking.
If you are scheduling an appointment for someone else, please enter their name, phone number, and email address so we can provide a smooth, personalized experience.
Gift certificates and massage packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire. Please bring your certificate or package to your appointment to redeem it; otherwise, the full session fee will apply.
If you are using a gift certificate or massage package for a one-time courtesy reschedule, it will remain valid for that reschedule. After that, any future missed appointments will be considered redeemed.
A $25 fee will be applied for any checks returned by the bank. This fee, along with the amount of the original check, must be paid immediately.
Future appointments will not be permitted until both the returned check fee and the original check amount are paid in full.
Both the client and the therapist have the right to end the client/therapist relationship at any time.
The therapist also reserves the right to decline service if necessary, to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for both the client and the therapist.
Clients who are habitually late, frequently cancel at the last minute, are often no-shows, or exhibit behavior that is rude, disrespectful, or otherwise unwelcome may be subject to termination of the client/therapist relationship, out of respect for the schedule, the therapist, and other clients.
